The level of detailed engineering that our Lord put into every detail of our universe, is breathtaking. It is amazing to see that even in a secular documentary, intending to show the power of evolution and the need to prevent climate change, is not capable of masking the unbelievable creation and power of our God.
The BBC has 4 series of videos (with a 5th on the way) giving viewers a tour of the various forms of life on the planet, and two of those series dedicated to life underwater (Blue Planet). What is exceptional about all their series, is that they do not simply a documentary of known species and behaviors, but much of the contents of their series are recorded breakthrough advances in our understanding f the world we live in so you get the added advantage of living a little bit on the edge of human understanding of Gods creation.
I should also mention, if you happen to have a 4K TV and/or an HDR TV, there is not much (if any) content out now that will look better on your screen, and the audio will really make your sound system make some inspiring sounds as well.
I encourage you to, during a time when you are feeling the need to rest, to block off an hour, put away your phone, and just watch one or two of the episodes straight through. You might be filled with awe, and you might also fall asleep, but no matter where your rest takes you, this is a fantastic way to experience it. Place whatever may be causing you stress or trouble, how that compares to the grandeur and splendor of our God displayed in this single and even incomplete way.
